Ceret Grzywaczewska Lubasz  was founded in 1992 as a civil law partnership of attorneys at law.

In 2005 the firm transformed into a professional partnership Firma Prawnicza Ceret Grzywaczewska Lubasz Spółka Partnerska Radców Prawnych and subsequently in 2010 into limited partnership Ceret Grzywaczewska Lubasz Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Spółka komandytowa.
